Cancellation / refund
For advisory services, no refund is available once the service has started. For airfare, refunds are subject to the fare rules of the purchased ticket and may not be available. Even for refundable tickets, cancellation fees may be charged by the airline, the ticket issuer, and our company.
Quotation validity
The quotation validity period will be the one stated in the quotation itself or informed at the time the estimate is provided.
